Traditional Recipe
Here's what you need to prepare two delicious portions of SIRNIKI
Ingredients:
250g of 9% fat cottage cheese
1 egg yolk
2 tsp of Canadian strong flour
15g of vanilla sugar [alternatively, 3g of vanilla bean paste +white sugar]
1 pinch of salt
Method:
1. Bolt the cottage cheese out of the sieve to the bowl
2. Mix in the egg yolk
3. Add the remaining ingredients
4. Leave for 30 mins for flour to swell
5. Shape and fry or bake in the oven (or both).
Add your desired topping...
...and ENJOY!!
