What is SIRNIKI?

SIRNIKI are the traditional Russian cottage cheese pancakes, the most popular breakfast product at home. 

The name SIRNIKI [pronounced "seerniki"] is derived from the Slavic word "sir", which now generally means "cheese". The main component "tvorog" is akin to quark but SIRNIKI is much more than just cheese. Read on to find out more!

They are convenient

You can keep SIRNIKI stored in the fridge for several days - just warm it up or enjoy cold when hunger strikes.

They are tasty

SIRNIKI taste great on its own with your coffee or tea but try adding sour cream, jam, honey, condensed milk, fruits, or some berries and your tastebuds won't be disappointed.
